Do I drop Quentin or Kubel? WHIR

Hey, yahoo 12 team public league with standard stats: My offense has been a little bit of a disaster this year in this league. Would anybody consider dropping Quentin or Kubel for any of the following players:

Podsednik, Fukudome, Freese, Prado

Penny, Jamie Garcia, Lidge, Marcum, Matusz

C Suzuki (know he's hurt but nobody to put here)
1B Pujols
2B Kendrick
3B Youk
SS Pennington
OF Carlos Gonzalez
OF Chris Young
OF Gardner
UTIL Bay
UTIL Morneau
BN Headley, Kubel, Quentin
DL Rollins

SP Josh Johnson, Jimenez, Wandy, Nolasco, Liriano, Slowey
RP Cordero, Nunez, Gregg, Lindstrom

I'd take a LONG look at Pods in place of Kubel. I know he's on the lowly Royals, but he gets the nod IMO.
