tex and agon are about the same value. you can probably give tex a few more rbis and possibly better avg.
just remember agon can still get traded to a team like boston and he could possibly end up bette then tex by the years end.
so practically your getting a stud ace in verlander for a decent, but plentiful OF in victorino (20/20 type guy) and useable, but not great fantasy option SP in brad penny.. what are your other OFs im curious.
Either way though its a good deal since your basically getting a stud ace for a back of the end rotation guy and 20/20 OF although victorino is pretty hot right now thanks to leadoff spot but he will probably be demoted down quite a bit once j roll is healthy, which makes his value decrease a noticeable amount.
overall not a bad deal at all for you... just know the fact that you took a safe route while the guy whos getting your players took a risky route that could overall be better for him or break him. J roll could be out even longer now that his injury seems really serious which keeps victornio's value high and agon could get traded to a much better ballpark which could increase his value higher then tex.. and brad penny could end up having a decent year thanks to the fact he is pitching for the cards ( decent run support and NL central bats arent very scary.)
hopefully it works out good for you... as a tex owner he better have a good may or im gonna be in a serious hole

Great trade. I see Tex and Gonzalez as pretty much equal, but Victorino is only mediocre and Penny is a bum. You basically paid Victorino to upgrade from Penny to Verlander, which is for sure worth it.
