You're going to have to pay a king's ransom for Ethier right now. Holiday should be much more attainable and at the end of the year I think they will have very similar numbers. I don't think I would give up Span for Holliday though.
League Setup: 13 Team Points League 6 Hitters 3 Pitchers (Positions don't matter) 1B = 1, 2B = 2, 3B = 3, HR = 4, RBI = 1 Win = 12, Save = 5

Well maybe. But in a keeper league I think Span still has room to improve down the road.

I agree: Holliday hasn't been hitting close to what Ethier has been, and actually below what he's capable of, so I think he would come cheaper than Ethier. Liriano straight up should get it done for Holliday.
I offered Span and Price to both owners. Once has Ethier one has Holliday. I just feel i can give up one of my stud pitchers right now to bolster my offence. Id still have 3 studs: JJohnson,Verlander,Liriano. Sanchez, Zito, Garcia, Wolf, ESantana aren't terrible options to fill out the other 2 SP slots are they? Or should I cancel the trades and just hang on to my pitching
thanks 4 mine. you have to be sure the ethier/holliday owners need pitching, and see any of your guys as upgrades. i'd go for holliday as, others have said, he won't cost as much and their stats could be fairly similar, minus a few HRs maybe. i'd offer span and sanchez first. pimp sanchez's Ks and ERA. (his WHIP is always dangerous, and the wins might be fairly sparse in SF).
