Return to Draft, Trade, Keeper and Waivers Questions

I have been patiently waiting for Jason Bay to come to life, but it looks like Citi is going to crush his potential. He was a top 10 OF on some preseason lists and as I am now in last place in a 10 team H2H league, I am ready to start tweaking.
Here is my team
1B - Howard
2B - Zobrist
3B - Wright
SS - Andruss
OF - Bay
OF - BJ Upton
OF - Heyward
Util - Fielder
BN - McGehee
I walked out of the draft really pleased with this team, but alas, I'm getting smoked in the offensive catagories. My pitching is doing pretty well. Here are some guys on the WW to ponder:
Johhny Damon
Josh Hamilton
Shane Victorino
Carlos Quentin
Hunter Pence
Any of these guys better than Bay?
Thanks

I think Bay is better than all of them to be honest.
I would drop someone like McGahee for Victorino though, if you don't need an extra infielder.
Please help

One reponse in 6 hours? I must be the only one who drafted Bay. Thanks fameb for replying.

Thanks for the responses. This, however, is a salary league and dropping McGehee for Hamilton is not mathematically feasable. By dropping Bay I could handle Hamilton's salary or any of the others on the WW. It really comes down to Bay or Hamilton/Quentin/et al. Thanks again.

I would definitely try and trade him before outright dropping him. Maybe package him with McGehee and see who you can get in return?
League Setup:
13 Team Points League
6 Hitters 3 Pitchers (Positions don't matter)
1B = 1, 2B = 2, 3B = 3, HR = 4, RBI = 1
Win = 12, Save = 5

As bad as Bay is doing I agree with rukus you have to try to deal him first. His name is still worth something to some people I'm sure. If no takers then I would think about dropping him for Hamilton.

I have Bay on my team. I pretty much just sit him. Not to many traders in my league they pretty much like to work the WW/FA.
