Giving up my Guillen and R. Soriano for their Broxton. good deal? also, i'm trying to figure out who i should pick up with my free roster spot. players i was looking at were A. Jones, O. Hudson. A. Beltre, T. Clippard, J. Garcia, N. Feliz.
C G. Soto 1b P. Sandoval 2b I. Kinsler 3b E. Longoria Ss E. Andrus OF J. Heyward OF C. Gonzalez OF A. Soriano UT B. Gardner Bn J Guillen BN D. Freese DL C. Granderson
SP J. Johnson SP Z. Greinke RP R. Soriano RP J. Rauch P B. Wagner P F. Liriano P J. Lester Bn R. Romero Bn T. Hanson Bn R. Nolasco
I think it's a good deal, Soriano is very good but always gets hurt. Broxton is a top closer and all you give up for the upgrade is a old Guillen who will probably break down. You should pick up Jones after the move, and hope he puts it together so your outfield improves.
Agreed with the other posters. Guillen is already starting to slow down after his torrid start and Broxton is an elite closer .. he'll get his soon enough. And for your FA spot .. I'd go with Jones or Jaime Garcia.
Definitely pull that trigger. Seems like your FA pool is pretty plentiful, so you should always try and get the best player in the deal. I'd probably pick up Adam Jones with the open slot and maybe try an package him a little later with one of your SP for some more help on offense. Your SP are really strong and could take the hit.

ooooh, i think theres a misunderstanding. I meant Andruw Jones, not Adam Jones. But this is definitely helpful, im working on getting back to you all. Yeah, the FA pool is bountiful, not the best fantasy players in this league, just a group of friends lol
Also, while i do think i could stand to package a SP for some offensive help, i feel pretty confident with the offense i have, and one of my favorite strategies is holding a monopoly on pitching, i've had great success with it in the past.
