Tough one .. especially for Roto ... but I think I'd go with Swisher, just slightly more than Helton. At this point in his career, Helton has no power and his usual strong batting avg and other numbers haven't come into fruition yet. At least with Swish he plays in a stronger lineup and can hit HR's.
