I really like Gio Gonzalez! I would consider him the best pitcher from the F.A. group you listed. He is only a year removed from being one of the best pitching prospects in baseball and has really good stuff. I always rate pitchers by K/Inning and he is currently 27K/28.2IP with a 3.45 ERA and 3 Wins, Peavy hasn't been impressive in the least this season and stats are more important than names. If you got past Peavy's name and looked at his numbers, I'm going to guess he's destroying your pitching stats. Peavy has a 6+ ERA and that is including his 1 good outing where he recorded a win against the Royals. I would think hard about pulling the trigger from Peavy to Gonzalez.
Hold onto Peavy. The park/league changes will hurt, but he shouldn't be this bad moving forward. It's not likely his walk rate stays this bad (and the last start is encouraging on that).
