Who to pick up Loney or Young (AZ)?

About had it with Adam Jones, looking to pick up either Loney or Young. Could use some pop, which I'll get from Young more so than Loney, I'm just afraid about Youngs streakiness and career BA. Any insight on either or both of these guys would be appreciated. Thanks!

Definitely Young. While he doesn't have the AVG of Loney, that's all Loney has period. At least Young will put the ball in the seats and steal bases.

Depending on the cat's that you need, I like Lonely. Young is going to hit sub-.240 and to me that isn't enough to warrent ever week play, unless he is Adam Dunn and hitting 40 homers. Lonely isn't great, but you can plug him in and improve your average, and slightly help other numbers. Again, depends on your catagories, but I like Lonely better.
