I'm currently running a platoon of Chipper Jones and Martin Prado at 3b and am getting tired of the lack of speed, power, and overall production in general of both of them. Also monitoring the daily lineups to find out if Chipper is playing is a PITA. Currently I can pick up David Freese or Ty Wiggington from the FA pool. Do you guys think either of them are worth dropping Prado or Chipper for?

I wouldn't drop anyone for Prado..........he is hitting really well and is producing as a result.
Chipper on the other hand is old and very injury prone..........I wouldn't necessarily drop him now but I'd wait for the eventual injury bug before making a decision.
At this point, you just have to suck it up unless you can trade for some help.
I would keep an eye on Freese and Ty to see if their production thus far is a trend or a mirage.........I'd just wait for a larger sample size of games from them. Too many times people have been burned for going after a random guy who had a solid first month.

I wouldn't drop them for any of those guys mentioned. Prado is playing very well and Chipper has too much history and name value to drop outright for scrubs. Plug Prado in the meantime and shop Chipper around.

Dump Chipper for Wigginton. At very least you keep Prado as a backup for once/if Wigginton cools off. But for now may as well ride a hot bat seens how you have a backup plan at 3b

Great thanks to soto for the sweet sig!...
