After seeing tonights performance, I've been thinking of picking up Brett Cecil. Penny's low K/9 is a major turnoff for me. I don't know much about Cecil other than he was a top prospect, had a bad season last year, and has looked good in 3 starts this year. Would this be a good pickup for me?

Given your SP staff its not really seeming like its going to hurt you either way. With that said tho I think you stay with Penny. Will his sub 2ERA last? Most likey not, but Cecil has had 2 strong starts against AL East foe, but was hot and VERY cold at times last year and will go through these peaks and vallies quite often. Also with the jumble Toronto has at SP I really wouldn't trust any as far as I could throw them outside of Marcum. Someone will lose a spot when Tallet is ready to return, so will that be Cecil? Morrow? Eveland? Who knows at this point?
I think you stick, for now at least, with the SP that is pretty much solidified in the rotation, on a top NL squad.

Great thanks to soto for the sweet sig!...
