Objective Trade Analysis Needed

Here's a trade done in a 13 team mixed non-keeper 5x5 league I am in. It seems lopsided to me, but then it affects my team, so some objective opinions are appreciated.

StatCats: HR, RBI, SB, R, AVG / W-L, SV, K-BB, ERA, WHIP
Each team has 15 H and 10 P + 5 reserves made up of Minor and Major League players.

Matt Holliday, Howie Kendrick and Joakim Soria for Alex Gordon, Tommy Hanson, Ben Zobrist and Skip Schumaker. Helton was later substituted for Gordon after people complained.
