Rate this team, autodrafted, looking for advice, WHIR

My team is listed in my signature. I've made a trade or two since autodrafting, and I really want to improve this team, and make a run at the title.

This is a roto league with only 9 teams!

What players should I be targetting for this team? What areas really need improvement? I know that speed is one area where I can afford to lose a guy, but which one of my basestealers is most expendable?
Looking forward to back to back championships in 2011!

Thanks for the help with mine.

IMO, SB are realtaively easy to come by but a lot of owners think they are not. Therefore, I'm sure you can find an owner who covets speed in exchange for (in order of importance): OF power > SP > RP.

1. Hamilton is too shaky to be counted on. I like Granderson and his health could really help the team.
2. I'm sot sure Cain will give you what you want from your #3 guy, and Nolasco's ERA is/will not be great. But as a SP "streamer" I think there are guys to be plucked off the WW/FA list who can help, especially in a 9 team league. I think you can use your SP depth to add quality in the OF and RP, and use a few WW pick-upd to fill out the rotation.
3. I know you "should never pay for closers" but trading speedy OF (Victorino or MAYBE McCutchen) for a solid/stud RP would help too.

I think you can afford to trade Victorino. He doesn't really give you anything besides AVG and SB, but his lineup is very good so idk. If you do end up trading someone I would trade them for a decent closer.

a little help
