Trade Pedroia for Sabathia?

I'm new to the boards and am seeking advice on this trade. I feel like I should accept this trade, but I always like to get feedback. I'm in a H2H 10 team league. Categories are R, HR, RBI, SB, AVG, OBP, W, L, S, K's, ERA, and WHIP. Rosters are 25 man with 10 hitters (one at each position plus 2 UTIL) and 9 pitcher spots. It is a keeper league as well. I'm set at 2B, but I love having Pedroia in the UTIL position. Here's my roster, feel free to comment on items other than this specific trade if you feel like it:

It's tempting as you could use the help on your staff, but Pedroia in an OBP league is great.

Yeah it's hard to let go of Pedroia. My staff needs another top tier pitcher besides Jimenez, but I'm not sure Sabathia would give me the edge in as many categories as Pedroia does. This is a tough one.
