5 IBBs compared to only 1 last year is the only reason he has more walks than Ks. But he is still doing better with his K rate this season but I have to see it continue for me to fully believe it and would also like to see how he fairs at AAA vs more experienced pitchers.

They're not pitching to him. They're giving him intentional unintentional passes. They need to get him out of AA stat.

Yes, they're not pitching to him and a 30% K rate is nothing to write home about. Nothing has changed from what people thought about him this winter. He's going to hit a ton of HR's but will also K a ton.

What would you think of a player who posts these numbers over a full season:
.260 avg
.350 obp
44 HRs
223 Ks
76 BBs
Would you want this player on your fantasy team?
Above stats are Mark Reynolds 2009.
Certainly, Stanton is capable of those types of numbers at the big league level right now and he will only get better.
