14 team Roto Would you trade a-rod, lidge and jurrgens for dan haren, nelson cruz and soria? I feel like it's a no brainer but Cruz's injury is a bit worrisome. Thoughts?

I see it like this: Soria >> Lidge Haren >> Jurrjens Cruz < ARod Cruz has the potential and youth to match ARod's studly status, but his injury gives me some cause for concern. If you have a backup 3B and power to hold off without Cruz for the time being, I think you pull the trigger.

It's worth it. Cruz looked amazing and always has minor injuries. This shouldn't be too big of an issue for him, still a top OF. You're making huge upgrades at SP and RP. Haren will really add a ton to your team compared to Jurr. Do you have a serviceable 3B? That would be my only concern.

I would do that in a heartbeat. ARod and Cruz are a wash and Haren/Soria > Jurrjens/Lidge.
League Setup: 13 Team Points League 6 Hitters 3 Pitchers (Positions don't matter) 1B = 1, 2B = 2, 3B = 3, HR = 4, RBI = 1 Win = 12, Save = 5

I already have a great 3B in Reynolds. I actually could use the help at OF and was interested to see what people were reading into Cruz's recent hammy issues.

Cruz's injury seems like a quick thing...plus the upside of the other 2 is too great not to do this deal
