Now...Latos i think will eventiually be sent down. I am high on Leake and Jurrjens has potential. Howver Vasquez will start to win because you can't help it on that yankee team. With that said, I have Peavy myself and waiting to see his performance tomorrow night. Everyone on that list with the exception of Jurrjens is on my 10 team waiver wire.
I still think Peavy and Vazquez will bounce back and offer the best immediate upside this year. Heads and shoulders, they're atop the heap (edge going to Peavy over Vazquez). I wasn't high on Jurrjens to begin with going into the year, but I'd still rate him behind Peavy/Vazquez.
After that, it's really a mixed bag. It's a small sample, but odds are good Mike Leake will regress (.268 BABIP, 80% LOB). Latos and Masterson have better upside than Leake does, IMO, but Latos is on an innings cap and Masterson doesn't handle lefties quite as well. Chacin figures to have his bumps if he stays in the Rockies' rotation.

Easily the best answer in this thread and I really can't say I disagree with any of it. My only worry would be Jurrjens current injury and struggle could push him lower as in minimizing the damage he does do!
