Heyward's Keeper value?

Just interested in any thoughts on what Jason Heyward should demand in a keeper league. You'd have to give up an elite talent for him (assuming the owner is probably in love with him, and rightfully so)... but how much is too much?

i tried to get him in mine and was asked for Sandoval.

I wasn't willing to make that deal since Sandoval is also a young good talent.
