Start Prado or Uribe over Weeks at 2B?

Weeks hasn't hit well over the past week, although he did have a HR yesterday. My gut tells me to start Prado. The only things I can find out on Yahoo is that they give him a 4star matchup vs. 2star for Weeks. Prado apparently has no career ABs against Norris.
