Drop Brad Penny for someone with K upside

Never been a big Penny fan. I appreciate what he is doing right now. I know all about Duncan and his pitch to contact mentality. I think he could be in for a nice first half. However...his dismal k/9 isn't doing me any favors in my 6x6 Roto with Holds and OPS.

Do I take a stab at someone like Wade LeBlanc, Gio Gonzalez or better yet Jaime Garcia on waivers? Additionally, Jorge De La Rosa is probably worth grabbing and stashing on my DL?

My current staff is Hamels, Lilly, Oswalt, P. Hughes, Sheets, and Penny. Good, but not great K potential. Probably a middle of the pack staff. I feel like its stupid to drop Penny given his level of success so far, but I like those options of free agency, especially Gio and J. Garcia.
