Aybar or Uribe - WHIR

Postby soty » Sun May 02, 2010 10:45 am

Who do you guys like more this year Erick Aybar or Juan Uribe? This if for my MI spot on my keeper league. FWIW I just dropped Uribe last week to activate Kinsler, but he is now a FA in my league again. After hitting a HR last night he has me thinking he may be an upgrade over Aybar, but my gut tells me probably not. What do you guys think? Here is the rest of my team and settings. Leave a link and I will be sure to return the favor.

EDIT* - Reid Brignac and Eric Young are also available as other MI options.

I prefer Aybar but only due to playing time.

If Uribe remains a starter then I would go with him but I see Uribe more as a sub.

Alright valid point about Uribe and playing time, but I would assume if he continues to hit the way he is they will try to find a spot for him. Could be wrong though. Anyways you were the only response I got so for now I will go with that. Seeing how nothing was said about Bard vs. Gregerson I guess I will stick with Bard for now.

I concur. If Uribe were able to keep his job I might go with him but Sanchez is supposed to be back around May 11th.
League Setup:
13 Team Points League
6 Hitters 3 Pitchers (Positions don't matter)
1B = 1, 2B = 2, 3B = 3, HR = 4, RBI = 1
Win = 12, Save = 5
