I think right now, your potential keepers are Mauer, Votto, Kinsler, Morneau, Upton, Ellsbury, Hanson, and Gallardo. So you can defiantly afford to trade either Hanson or Gallardo for another bat, either a 3B of OF. You could probably get a Zimmerman or Either type player straight up. You might want to try pairing Smoak with one of them to see if you could better. Hanson is the better pitcher and the one I would try to keep if I could, but he would also bring the best trade value.

Yeah I'd really like to get Longoria. If I gave Gallardo, Morneau, and Aram could I get Longoria and his best RP?

Doubtful. I know I wouldn't accept that offer.

I would stand pat as I don't think your pitching is strong enough to lose one of those guys. Keep working the wire until the deadbeats start hitting. You would need to give up a first rounder and a SP for Longoria

Can you help here plz?

You've got to keep some pitching too. I'd keep Hanson and Price MAYBE even Gallardo over Votto, Upton or Ellsbury.
