A buddy is trying to get Utley from me - he is a phils fan so I like to entertain his offers, but we can't seem to agree on a deal. He is asking that I give him Utley and U. Jimenez - he thinks Beckett and Howard straight up is fair, I asked for another pitcher because Jimenez is hot right now. If he adds Piniero or Phil Hughes does that even the trade?

i think the offer is fair as is. but you're right... jimenez is looking great, so you can ride that streak and ask for hughes. personallly, i'd rather have utley and jimenez than howard and beckett though, even if hughes is included.

I like Utley, but as I said the kid loves the Phils so I thought I could get a little more from him. Thanks for the input though.
