Boy, that's tough. I think Grady Sizemore is an excellent buy-low right now. He's not that far removed from a 30/30 campaign season, and while he looks plain awful right now, you have to think that kind of talent isn't a fluke. Billingsley walks too many batters for my liking, but he can resemble an ace, like in the first half of last year, and is still young and developing. I would lean towards accepting this trade, but who would you have to slide in to 3B if you ship out Zimmerman? I'm not a fan of creating gaping holes, and if you don't have someone ready to fill the vacancy I would stand pat.

I would hold then. 3B is too shallow in your league to make that leap of faith with Sizemore.

I would stay put. Jones and Sizemore are a wash to me at this point and Zimmerman > Billingsley.
League Setup:
13 Team Points League
6 Hitters 3 Pitchers (Positions don't matter)
1B = 1, 2B = 2, 3B = 3, HR = 4, RBI = 1
Win = 12, Save = 5
