I'd say it's a good deal for you, where as I'm not a fan of trading stats for stats that is in essence what you're doing. You're basically getting HRs and Rbis for average.

Seeing as your power is rather lacking, I would hold onto Mauer unless your going to get more in the trade, seeing as he will finish the year with a +.340 AVG and he is the #1 Catcher in the MLB.

I might be inclined to do this deal. You're starting Ty Wigginton at 1B, and Cabrera is going to play 15-20 more games over the rest of this season than Mauer is. As far as trading power for average goes, it's not like Miggy is gonna hit .250 or anything.
