I've got some pretty solid bats in my lineup and for the first few weeks they were carrying me. This week however along with the end of last week they've all gone cold and its raised some concerns with my lineup, especially in my OF.
After Kemp its been a steady rotation of players like Span, Chris Young, Gardner and McLouth/Francoeur who I've recently dropped.
I'd really like to take a run at a player like Ethier, Lind, Granderson or possibly even Holliday who hasn't started off the year all that hot.
I think Ethier would probably be the best fit though as I am deep at SP and his rotation is struggling dressing the likes of Porcello, Volstad and Matt Harrison.
What sort of offer do you think would work?? Or could I go after Holliday?? Leave your link if you'd like help in return

Tough to say without seeing the other guys roster. Josh Johnson for Ethier would be a solid offer BUT I think that would hurt you staff too much. Post the other teams roster and see if you could do a packaged deal like a 2 for 2....
Honestly I think what you would have to give to get Ethier would hurt your team more than the addition would help. I think you could target Adam Jones who is a good buy low guy right now or even Rios. I like both of them more than Span and Gardner.
Is your team struggling? You have a few what would be first rounders hitting wise, seems like they can make up for your lack of OF production. You have a solid team, I wouldn't make a big move like trading Johnson. I agree with a move on a smaller scale, going for Rios or Jones.

My team has definitely been struggling for the last week and a half or so. OBP is .268 this week. I'm always looking to improve and with guys like Sanchez, Garcia, Zito sitting on my bench the thought was I could deal a SP for an improvement in the OF. I wasn't really looking to trade Johnson. He's probably my best pitcher. There are a few guys I could try sell high right now. That's what I'm trying to do.

I'd look to see what you could get for Sanchez. He's a pretty solid pitcher, but not a fantasy ace by no means. He's someone you can afford to lose. Maybe even package him with one of the OFs to sweeten the deal

Target Jones. He is a great buy low right now. My first instinct would be to trade E Santana because of his name but if he doesn't bite on that. Sanchez won't continue the way he is and would also be a good player to trade.
