ESPN Question

Postby bigmck » Thu Apr 29, 2010 3:02 pm

I have played Fantasy for alot of years but this is my first on ESPN. Our league is a Custom H2H Catagory League. We have 9 active hitters, 9 active pitchers and 3 bench spots. I would like to know it the following is standard procedure for an ESPN league.

In your experience is it legal to drop a pitcher and create an extra bench spot for a hitter. The total number of players is still 21. This seems strange to me but my Commish says that if i wanted to have only 5 active pitchers, 9 active hitters and 7 hitters on my bench, this would be OK. How is it in your league? Thanks,

The LM can set MINs and MAXs for the roster positions. I do set them in my leagues so that the situation you describe cannot occur.

This is my first experience with ESPN leagues. I will make sure next year that min and max are set in the leagues that I join. It is not right to be able to carry a partial lineup. Thanks,
