Simple Website Banner

Would anyone be willing to make a simple website banner for my new fantasy baseball blog?

I would like it to have a background image of a baseball field at night with lights, then I would like the text to be centered and read "Sandlot Sabermetrics" and possibly have a glow around the text, the banner needs to be 960x100

You can take whatever creative licensing you would like with this. I would be extremely appreciative of any attempts at this.
