How does this team look?

I just started in a 5X5 Roto League (yes I know it's almost a month into the season). This is how my team looks after the 1st round of waivers cleared this morning. It's a 12 team league.

C- Russel Martin
1B- Ryan Howard
2B- Rickie Weeks
3B- Martin Prado
SS- Rafael Furcal
OF- Josh Hamilton
OF- Michael Bourn
OF- Denard Span
Util- Derrick Lee
Util- Prince Fielder
BN- David DeJesus, Ryan Zimmerman, Todd Helton, Alex Gonzalez
SP- Zack Greinke, Dan Haran, Aaron Harang, Clay Buchholz, Paul Maholm
RP- Brain Wilson, Matt Lindstrom, Matt Capps, Matt Guerrier
DL- Huston Street

My thoughts:
1) I need another catcher - would Miguel Montero be a better use for my DL spot than Street?
2) I want K's - would dropping Maholm for Colby Lewis be a good move?
3) Since my league doesn't count holds, is there any great value in keeping Guerrier?
4) Would Juan Uribe be a good pickup for a multi-positional infielder? If so, would you keep Gonzalez?

I'd probably keep street and pass on Montero. I think you'll be fine with Martin. C is pretty much a roster holder anyway, and Martin is more than good enough for that.
I think it's a coin toss between dropping Maholm and Harang. I don't trust Harang and Lewis has upside.
There might be some upside to keeping Guerrier. He'll help your ratios and a solid RP can even vulture some wins throughout the season. You could also add another SP or give up that spot so that you can stream based on matchups,
I wouldn't really worry too much about your IF. If you do anything, I'd try to trade one of your 1B for an upgrade to your OF. I also don't think I'd keep Gonzalez, just because I don't think there's any way he keeps this up. But you can always hang onto him until something better comes along the WW.
