Trade Involving Cain, Sizemore

I'm in a H2H points style league where power hitters and strikeout pitchers usually have the most success.

My team is pretty set in OF, with Braun, Werth, Ludwick, Zobrist, CLee

My pitching just took a tough hit with Anderson and DLR going to the DL, but its still realitvely good, headlined with Greinke, Lester and Gallardo.

So my question is, would you do this trade:

I give up: Werth, Wandy Rodriguez
I get: Cain, Sizemore

stay put, you already have the two best players of the four. i guess you could make a case for sizemore being better than werth, but werth is no slouch.
