Rank C. Lewis, Zambrano and Latos for This Year

All three are on my waiver wire. Whose the most likely out of Colby Lewis, Carlos Zambrano and Mat Latos to help my team this year?

Zambrano (There's no way he stays a setup guy for as much as they're paying him.)
Latos

For me this is a clear cut decision for Zambrano, yeah I know he doesn't hold too much value now but you can bet he'll come back to the rotation soon. And when he does he'll provide you with a 3.60 ish ERA season. I like Latos but he's too inconsistent AND he won't pitch much more than 150 innings this season.
