There is a pending trade in my 20 team dynasty league where one guy is trading hanley for morneau, justin upton, and rasmus. Is this a veto?

I don't think so- if both players are satisfied with the trade. Maybe he is a HanRam-lover and sometimes love takes over.
It would be nice to know what you did with our advice - so please write a short reply

I don't think it's vetoable.
Upton is a top 20 guy and Morneau a top 50 guy for the 2nd best player in all of fantasy baseball who happens to play in the shallowest position.
Morneau is off to a hot start for sure so that may be swaying you, but I don't think it means too much in this deal.
As far as Rasmus, I don't see him as an elite "prospect" so I also wouldn't let that sway me too much. In a 20 team I league, I might actually want the Upton side for the depth but I don't think that makes it vetoable.
