Agree with the above posters. If he turned down Reynolds he shouldn't be taking these offers either.
However, if you really believe he's close to taking a deal, don't nitpick or get greedy. I wouldn't have even asked for Beckham in return. Andrus and Zobrist for Hanley is still an absolute steal, asking for Beckham might bring him to his senses or ensure that your other managers will start whispering veto.

He emialed me back saying he is considering, but hasn't accepted or rejected yet.
After all the feedback I have here, I'm becoming more aggressive to make this deal work. Odd thing though, he has yet to counter offer. He's just says "no" and then I change my offer. I don't know what that means, but if he thinks I'm going to get over-excited and offer-up the farm, he's wrong. Keep y'all posted.
