You should be fine. Just sit it out and don't make any rash movement.
Maybe you can add some U-Players - I don't think Blanks and Smoak will contribute big right now. Go and grab some HOT-players instead.
Both Blanks/Smoak are talented and will be further stars but for now, it's their 1st Season in the big league and they'll will learn it the hard way.
It would be nice to know what you did with our advice - so please write a short reply

What does your league's FA Pool look like right now? Who highlight batter/pitcher FA?

Right now I like dropping Blanks for Paul Konerko and Maybin for Andruw Jones. I really don't want to give up on Smoak just yet because he could turn into either really valueable trade bait or a great keeper, but if I need to stach him who should I drop?

From that list, I'd prob. drop Piniero.

Really? I love Pinero I think he has really changed his style of pitching to make him a great start. I would be leaning more towards Max Scherzer, but I want to hear your arguments.

Oops... Didn't see Max there... yea I'd probably drop Scherzer then.

Some of the big names are Marlon Byrd, Chris Young, or Alex Rios, who would you grab out of those? And I am slightly worried about the possiblities of lingering injuries in Kinsler and Ells, any thoughts?

oh, I didn't read the Keeper part...*ops*
Trust your guts and hang onto Smoak. Blanks could develop into a nice HR-hitter but more in 2011+.
I like Pineiro too and think you should keep your sympathy guys together. Hold to Maybin, he looks good in his recent starts. I wouldn't drop Scherzer- his ERA will rise but his K-rate too.
I could see a Billingsley-trade after a good game of him.
