Is my team any good? WHIR

Hello everyone, after last years disapointing season I figured I'd return to this site asking for advice. Last year was the first year in 5 years that I didn't make it to the Championship game. Basically I just want to know what I can do to make my team better, any advice is welcome. Looking for a well constructed post (an equal quality post [good or bad] will be given to your thread).

League is on ESPN, 10 team league, Head-to-Head. Wins are given by Runs/RBI/HR/AVG/SB for batters, ERA/WHIP/W/K/Saves for pitchers. It is a rather active league, many transactions have already been made by several teams so I need to quick advice to pick players up quickly!

Outfield- Magglio Ordonez
Utility- Chris Young
Bench: Shin Soo-Choo
Bench: Bobby Abreu

Pitcher- Ubaldo Jiminez
Pitcher- James Shields
Pitcher- Andy Pettite
Pitcher- Wade Davis
Pitcher- Josh Johnson
Pitcher- John Lackey
Pitcher- Pick Up A Probable Starter Every Day
Pitcher- Brian Fuentes
Pitcher- Rafael Soriano
Pitcher- Matt Capps

(1 of the starters is benched daily, and I pick up a starter every day [league limited at 10 acquistions a week], I just bench any starters who aren't scheduled to ptich)

Some notable Free Agents in the league (owned by 75%+ of leagues). The * siginifies players formerly on my team, but didn't make the cut.

Out of those hitters I would pick up Pence, Rasmus, or Soto. Out of the pitchers the only one I see of having a quality start is Pettite.

Bumping this up. Edited both first and second posts (free agent pool).

Ok both of my posts are fully edited now. I know the free agent pool makes my league look careless, but it's probably the most active public league I've been in, in the past 5 years. 7 of 10 teams have made over 10 acquistions. The reason for the stacked free agent pool is because a guy did a serious revamping of his team, where he dropped Lee, Bartlett, McGehee and Ubaldo Jiminez (God only knows why) and Shin Soo-Choo, both of which I picked up off of waivers.

Any advice on the free agents (please, if you're going to give advice on picking a player up, let me know who to drop for them), any advice on my bench (a lot of decision going into my mind about that), and just any comments are welcome. I will definitely help in return, and as I said in the original post, the more constructive your post is, I will try to match that with my help in return.
