Ethier for Brett Anderson, need trade advice bad!

I am in a 10 manager 10 keeper H2H league with normal 6x6 scoring. First, would you trade Haren for Wainwright straight up, and second, this manager offered me Brett Anderson (who I really like) and one of his OF's (except Upton) for Ethier and Marcum. I am not interested in doing this, but want to make sure this is a bad idea through some of the answers from you? Do you see a scenerio where this would be a good trade for me by adding or subtracting from both teams?
I want Wainwright or Anderson, and all he wants is Ethier and maybe Haren. Do I have enough depth at OF that if I do trade Ethier and pick up one of his other OF's (example McCutchen, Pence, McClouth) that I remain fairly strong. I have led the league in HR's the first two weeks, and I am up there again this week. Might need some speed.
Should I just stay put? Should I even offer up Haren for Wainwright?

Any help would be appreciated. We can also trade draft picks for next yrs. draft to sweeten the pot.

I have Ethier, if thats who you are talking about. I am pretty sure I wont be able to come up with a trade combination that will make it worth while to send Ethier to this guys team, and the same time give me Anderson and a good enough replacement for Ethier.

Most likely it will only come down to that first offer of Haren for Wainwright? would you do this?
