What to do with Kazmir? WHIR!

So KAz had a good outing against the Tigers. Is anyone optimistic he will have a good season? He has a good lineup behind him and great K potential, just not sure about his health. I always get suckered in with this guy. My league rewards K's and W's penalizing for ER's. Should I stick with him or grab another player to address team needs. He and Wolf are probably my team's worst players. Thansk.
