This guy wants to trade me Lester for Werth. I dont like this deal, so I countered with Werth, Dotel, and DiceK for Lester, Markacis, and Capps.

Werth is the best player in this deal by a wide margin, in my opinion. Markakis is.... well.... I don't know what's wrong with Markakis. Then again, Dotel and Dice K are WW fodder at this point, so that's something for nothing. I honestly think you could ask for a smidge more in this deal from the other guy. No deal as it is right now, but a re-worked deal might work out better for you.
