Hamilton for Pitching -Verl, Johnson, Grienke? WHIR

I have a great outfield but lack consistent pitching and am considering offering Hamilton to a team who has great starters but holes in the outfield. My replacement for Hamilton would be CarGo, so does it make sense for me to offer him for Verlander or Josh Johnson? I'd prefer Grienke the most, but no way he accepts without a serious sweetener (suggestions accepted). Any chance he accepts, and is it even a good trade for me? WHIR
