I am in a 12 team 5x5 h2h 5 man keeper league with daily changes.
I was offered MY halladay for his Justin Upton.
Should I do this? I know halladay is halladay and will, IMO, be the cy young winner. and Upton is unreal, not now but he wil clearly pick up... thoughts? WHIR

I'd keep the Doc. Being a Jays fan, I got to see this guy every fifth day, and he is undoubtedly the best pitcher in baseball. I can honestly see him sniffing a sub 2 ERA this year. Plus, with the run support he's going to get, 24 wins isnt a reach. Upton is good, no question, but this year for Halladay could be special
Plus, youre OF is already stacked. You need him in your rotation more than u need Upton in your OF
Do not trade Doc Halladay for Justin Upton. As much upside as Upton has, and I do like him a lot this year, I think he was a BIT over-valued in drafts. A lot of people really fail to value how much a proven track record in MLB is worth. Everybody wants to catch that next great superstar and rightfully so, but at the price he was going at (I saw him go as high as late first/early second) in drafts really did not leave any room for error. At that cost he HAD to breakout. You would think people would have learned from his brother, that even though a young TOP prospect has a great year, doesn't mean he HAS to get better the next year. There are a lot of adjustments in baseball and not many players in this league just dominate year after year without having those "down" years.
Now I'm not saying he WILL have a down year, I just find it funny that all these people started talking 40hrs/30sbs like it was sure thing. Could he do that? Sure he probably could if everything went perfectly, but do you really want to bank on a perfect case scenario on your 2nd round pick?
On the other hand I actually think Halladay was going to low in drafts. This guy is downright disgusting, and I didn't see his value raise enough IMO with the change from the AL east to the NL east. IMO he should have gone top 10 in every draft with his situation, so unless you get a top 10 PROVEN player back, don't move this guy.
Fellas, I was offered HIS A-ROD, LIND for my HALLADAY and CRAWFORD.
I initally rejected this, but I am having second thoughts. While I hate to let go of Crawford, Lind is no slouch, and i will get arguably the best 3B in the game today (hate to say it as i hate arod). ANd i can afford to lose Crawford cause of my stacked OF, but i will miss his SB.
I was thinking about offering Halladay and an early round pick for A rod...think he will bite? or should i just go for the trade above??

Keep Halladay. You can never have enough solid SPs. And he's way beyond being just solid. I like J. Upton, had him last year, but didn't go out of my way to get him this fantasy season as I'm not 100% convinced he'll have another amazing year like he did last year so quick.
keep what you have. Halladay is too good and I would rather have Crawford than Lind. ARod is great but I think you are better off passing on these deals although I LOVE J. Upton but his best years are ahead of him, I think he has a slight sophomore slump this year, not major but a little.
