Need speed off WW, but who to drop?

My team is looking pretty good so far, but I'm wanting to pick up a speedster off the WW to help me off the bench on weekends when I need to make up some ground on stolen bases (H2H league). Right now, both Gardner and Rajai Davis are available.

My dilemma is who should I drop? Obviously, Frank Francisco is not helping my team out at all, but not sure if it is too early to cut bait on him yet.

Who would you guys drop, or should I stay put?

Make the move and drop Francisco for Gardner, he's going to be a MONSTER in SBs this year.
