Owner of one of the worst OFs

Hi,
My league is a 6x6 (the standard 5x5 plus errors and holds) 10 man league.
The rosters lock on Mondays.

My team looks like this:

I'm thinking of dropping Jones or Ibanez to make room for Berkman, then the other for a FA, what do you think:
Jose Guillen, Headley, Podsednik/Gardner (meh, already have Davis), Hawpe, DeRosa, Willingham, Jeff Francoeur, Austin Jackson

I also want to pick up a new SP. I can pick from:
De La Rosa, Buehrle, Kuroda, Price, Romero, Pelfrey, Braden. Who would you drop for one of these guys, Oswalt for Romero?

I would pick up Jackson for sure and drop Lackey for Kuroda.
