Trade for Upton? - WHIR

Hey guys really need some help here. Me and another manager have been going back and forth with trade ideas and he proposed this to me through email today.

MY: Carlos Pena and Leo Nunez
HIS: BJ Upton and Shawn Marcum

I know a lot of people are high on Upton, but he hasn't really done much than steal bags and get hurt. Yeah he has shown flashes, but it usually comes to a halt when he gets injured. Anyways I am unsure what to do here? I know Pena is nothing special either, but losing him means losing a lot of HRs and RBIs which worries me and I don't really need the SBs I am pretty good already. We have done the counter thing this is the offer that's on the table its a take it or leave it kind of offer. Here are is my roster and settings in case that helps. I wouldnt do this...you are giving up alot (saves, HRs, RBIs) for potentially some SBs...which you already have plenty of. Im not big on Marcum myself.

Thanks this was my thinking. I want to make deal involving Nunez, but not if it doesnt make sense to my team.

Its close. If you think you could flip Upton for a better power bat than Pena I may do it. I think that would definitely be possible. A buy low on A.Gonzalez comes to mind.

Oh just so you know I traded AGon last year in part of a deal so I dont think he will trade him back. Looks like 50/0 so far?

I would make it but I am not a fan of Pena at all, so that may through a bit of bias into my evaluation.

I like both players (Pena/Upton) but the edge of SB's to Upton seals the deal for me.
