Grab Pelfrey and drop Wandy???

Postby Tydog260 » Wed Apr 21, 2010 4:09 pm

Would you grab Mike Pelfrey & drop Wandy Rodriguez? Stats Below. This is a 10 team 5x5 roto league. I would cost me a extra $5 to pip him up now before MAy 1. Wandy K's are down and has struggled and Pelfrey has been great. I also lead the lead in pitching at the moment. Thanks

Player INN GS QS CG W L S BS K BBI HA ERA WHIP Rank
Pelfrey, Mike SP NYM 21.0 3 3 0 3 0 1 0 16 8 13 0.86 1.00 5
Rodriguez, Wandy SP HOU 17.3 3 2 0 0 2 0 0 7 7 20 4.67 1.56 598

I would stay put. I think it's too early to bail on Wandy.

No way. Pelfrey is a good speculative add right now, but not at the expense of cutting Wandy.

Pelfrey < Wandy

Don't do it. Hot start does not equal Wandy's career.

Speculative add vs. proven stud.....always go with your proven stud.
