Return to Draft, Trade, Keeper and Waivers Questions

Actually it was Price and Alex Gonzalez SS (Blue Jays) for Roy Halladay. I am in a 10 manager, 10 keeper H2H league with normal 5x5 scoring. This trade just went down today, and although our league is in its 6th season with the same managers, this didnt come across as a trade that should be allowed to go through. We have never vetoed a trade because of our long standing managers, and most of us know each other anyways. But this is just going a step too far in my mind and from what I can see in some of the posts, others.
And to top it all off, this is the Commish and his wifes trade that went down.
Would you complain about this (remember its a keeper league) or would you just let it go as one manager being that big of an idiot?
Thanks in advance.

Value wise it does favor the Halladay side but I don't think it's lopsided enough to make a stink about. If it were a Roto league I would have more of a problem with it.
Help?

I don't like it. But what are the keeper rules? Is there some sort of ridiculous keeper advantage with Price?

Horrible trade but I don't like to veto. If someone wants to be an idiot, let them, unless there is suspected collusion.
