When he is healthy I would say a second tier guy like a Garza or Weaver, maybe even a Verlander if you can get his owner to sell low.
League Setup:
13 Team Points League
6 Hitters 3 Pitchers (Positions don't matter)
1B = 1, 2B = 2, 3B = 3, HR = 4, RBI = 1
Win = 12, Save = 5

You will not get fair value for him until he returns and shows he is healthy. When that happens i would take anyone from Wainwright, Nolasco, Garza, Kershaw, Hanson that range of guy

This is a very tough question to answer blindly. You should be targeting teams that have a speed deficiency, so you can maximize your return on the trade. If a team already has a speedster, they will likely only lowball you, since Ellsbury offers little else.

I'd say right now you could get a top 2 or 3 starter for Ellsbury or Sizemore. Right now their value isn't that high....

Someone like Beckett, Kershaw, Cain, Gallardo......

You might be able to get a Pineiro/Penny type that is doing well plus a closer....

Help with mine?

Agreed that is your best option- I've got Sizemore in a keeper and am thinking about dealing him at the first sign he is snapping out of it.
