I currently have chris ianetta as catcher..The best available free agents are

Chris snyder, John baker, Jason kendall,napoli and rod barajas

What to do??

I would go with Snyder since he's getting the bulk of the starts in Arizona and really is all the bad either.

I'd pick up Snyder for now because he is at least playing full time and not splitting time with a guy like Olivo. Once Montero is back, maybe someone else that is better will be available when whoever owns Montero drops his current replacement.

Mathis is going on the Dl for 4-6 weeks + rehab. Napoli should see 5+ starts a week. The guy can hit.
