Nevermind I will...
SI.com's Jon Heyman reports that Edinson Volquez has been suspended 50 games for testing positive for performance-enhancing drugs.
Finally, the big reveal. Volquez is on the 60-day disabled list as he recovers from Tommy John surgery and isn't expected to be healthy until well after the mid-July All-Star break. He can begin serving the suspension while on the DL, though, so this whole ordeal shouldn't cut into his playing time at all. The 26-year-old right-hander owns a 24-19 record and a 4.37 career ERA through 62 major league outings. He may have been using the performance-enhancers in an attempt to speed up the recovery of his right elbow.
Not like it will be anymore length of time then those who stashed him would have expected anyways if this is true and the MLB will allow him to serve the suspention while on the "DL". He was already on the 60-Day DL for the TJ surgery, but was already throwing off the mound before ST was over with, so not exactly sure whats going to go on now.
