A-Rod/Ibanez/Slowey for Fielder/Ethier/Romero

In a 5x5 league with 12 teams. I would be giving up the Fielder portion of the trade. The only issue I would have then is that Figgins would just be on the bench. I would end up moving CUddyer to 1b. Am I giving up too much?

ANy thoughts??

Current roster is:

C - Rodriguez
1b - Fielder
2b - Phillips
3b - Figgins
SS - Y. Escobar
OF - Lind, Ethier, Abreu, Cuddyer

SP - Felix, Beckett, Wainwright, Hamels, Oswalt, Romero, Niemann,
RP - Madson, Jenks, Gregg, Gonzalez

I say no. While A-Rod > Fielder, it's not nearly enough of an advantage to justify the drop from Ethier to Ibanez and Romero to Slowey (yes, I think it's a drop-off). I'd stay where you are.
