Kazmir dropped, do I take a flier on him. WHIR

I have a lot of low end SP and was thinking of taking a flier on Kazmir. If he gets his control under control (big IF) he is a lot better than guys I have on my team. I was thinking of letting Gio or Borbon go for him.

WHat do you think??
