I'm thinking no on both, but what is the rest of your pitching like? If Haren is your best pitcher, then most certainly not.

Halladay,Weaver,Price,Romero,Sheets,Broxton...its loaded best in a 12 team league

as for my O:it's terrible,Lind and Butler are my only decent hitters

Hmmm... I like:

Haren,Paplebon & Billy Butler For Pujols

more so than Haren + Beckham for Peds, but see if you can get a marginal bat in return. It would only have to be a slight upgrade, and then I think the trade is worth it.
